By creating an account or using AIM Inspectif.AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including inspectors, administrators, and anyone who accesses the platform.
AIM Inspectif.AI is a cloud-based home inspection software platform that provides report creation tools, AI-assisted deficiency detection, client management, and related features for licensed property inspectors.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial period.
After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (Starter $49/mo, Professional $99/mo, Team $199/mo). Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion.

Your content is yours. You retain full ownership of all inspection reports, photos, client information, and other content you create in AIM Inspectif.AI.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We own all intellectual property in the AIM Inspectif.AI platform, including its design, code, features, and branding.
Arti.AI and other AI-powered features are provided as tools to assist professional inspectors. They do not replace professional judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIM Inspectif.AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to ownership, liability, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
