Why we built this
It started with a frustration every inspector knows: you're on a roof in the California sun, you've found something significant, and you're fighting your software to document it properly before the client shows up asking questions.
Existing tools were built for the office, not the field. They assumed you had a keyboard, good lighting, and a stable internet connection. Real inspections don't work that way.
AIM Inspectif.AI was built from the ground up by a team with deep roots in quality systems, documentation standards, and regulated-industry software. We brought that rigor to inspection software.
The result is an iOS-first platform that works offline, syncs instantly with a web portal, uses AI to draft deficiency language in seconds, and produces PDFs that make inspectors look as professional as they are.
We're early and we're moving fast. Every release — you can follow them on our changelog — is driven by real feedback from real inspectors in the field.
